I have got a new blog.

This one represents the past to which I gotta say byebye. The new one is very very good: more functional and convenient with a lot of interesting widgets available to be added. And it is international that I have seen a number of blogs written in Spainish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Malay...

THAT IS THE END OF THIS BLOG.

The volcanic ash of Tambora also created brilliant sunsets, twilights glowing orange or red near the horizon, purple to pink above as sunlight scattered off the dust floating in the stratosphere.

The 700-billion-dollar bailout bill failed in the U.S. House by narrow margin. Given this 228-205 result, the global stock markets plummeted harshly, among which the Dow down 777.68 or 6.98%, the Nasdaq 199.61 or 9.14%, and the Nikkei 225 483.75 or 4.12%. Fortunately, the Hang Seng slightly rose.

On the website of The Financial Times, a guy posted a piece of comment that I partially agree with:
this goes to show a-) how much influence the current administration has on its own party and b-) how inadequate this plan has been thought over in the first place. And for that reason alone, they were probably right to reject the bill.

I don't care how much losses the taxpayers would suffer if this big rescue plan had passed. I just invest some money in the stock market of China which is a perfect combination of profit and risk. This market is also vulnerable and could be easily frightened and infuriated, just like a mentally weak kid with big power, always seeking retaliation in response to provocation.

While some policy makers don't understand exotic funding markets, they definitely understand what nearly 1,000 points off the D.J.I.A. in one day's time means.

According to the New York Times, the U.S. Senate leaders scheduled a Wednesday vote on a 700-billion-dollar financial bailout package after accepting tax breaks and a higher limit for insured bank deposits in a bid to win House approval and send legislation to President Bush by the end of the week.

Oct. 2
The revised bailout plan was approved by the U.S. Senate on a 74-25 vote. Both presidential candidates- John McCain and Senator Barack Obama- showed no hesitation in backing the contentious proposal just weeks before the election.

The package authorizes the government to buy troubled assets from financial institutions rocked by record home foreclosures. It contains two provisions favored by House Republicans: One raises the limit on federal bank-deposit insurance; the other reiterates the authority of securities regulators to suspend asset-valuing rules that corporate executives blame for fueling the crisis.

Many days not playing the World of Warcraft since I stopped recharging. Someday, I will be back to the Azeroth and the Outland, but now it is just one of the sources for writng and speaking.

This genius MMORPG attracts more than 10 million people all around the world, among whom the majority are teenagers. They kill creatures to complete quests and obtain gold coins, and fight against players from the rival faction to defend the glory of the Alliance or the Horde. It is essential for them to defeat the bosses in the dungeons to loot more powerful weapons and armour.

I am a rogue- prefer to call this class 'assassin' though, living in eternal darkness, seeking to slay like a shot. Cheap shot, hemorrhage, kidney strike... For the undead, male rogue who is loyal to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner with his soul, the slaying is merciless but as elegant as ballet enhanced by splashing blood and scattering flesh of the enemies.

If God had allowed me to realize 3 wishes...

If I had been involved in a case of murder...

If I could travel back to change my destiny...

If I had had superpower...

If I had killed myself...

The guys are playing a match, but I was not in for the fatigue it may bring that would cost me several days to recover. My life is becoming normal, with daily physical exercise, which has taken obvious effect that I have put on 1 kilo and the abdominal muscle appeared again, so I don't want any shit to ruin it. Kinda a reflection of perfectionism, ole.

Achievement, a must, isn't it? Is there anything more disappointing than that the efforts, sacrifice and suffering were ignored? I feel lonely, being caught in darkness. But there is always a way out, and I know what it is.

Don't behave like a wise; it is very funny to me. Even the XXX is not reliable? Fuck, how sarcastic it is. I, near 30 years old, should have been on my own, but the reality?

This 3-month vacation seemed to trigger the shit. And I have no idea how it escalated.

Better writing, I guess, but not for the organization. Reading as much as possible is essential for English learning, through which vocabulary, fundamental for elegant writing and effective communication, could be expanded at an incredible speed.

Shen Zhou VII brings China such huge prestige that the new word of 'taikonaut' is becoming popular, wow.  So many people are proud of it as if they had won the biggest lottery. Then, please save the market which kinda reflects freedom, all right? Wow.

Now, my dear grandpa is lying in a so-called 'ice coffin'. He is dead; for the rest of my life, I can't see him, talk to him, and even send a single e-mail for him.

He passed away in peace, as if had fallen asleep. After being removed into the mortuary, he finally had a nice suit on, replacing the poor T-shirt and pant. Watching the coffin be covered, I felt kinda relaxed cuz he didn't have to suffer pains and fears any more. When he was sick, electric fans, let alone air-conditioners, didn't exist in his life, but, now, the 'cold air' of the coffin is all his. And it must be cool, with awesome breeze, in heaven.

I am worried about my grandma. She is in hospital- the same one as grandpa's, and she doesn't know what happened to her husband who had lived with her for more than 50 years. Why she has to suffer? Answer me, my Heavenly Father, could you?

My mama is so tired, and I am very concerned about her health. I have got more aims that I must support my family and be nice to the ones who love me.

The funeral is gonna be held on 19th. My grandpa will return to heaven then, with his body and soul. He will continue to write the greatest articles, absolutely.

到不了的都叫做遠方...

Typhoon brings a cool, rainy day. I feel lonely. And I will still be lonely even if I pass the test.

I found some words written down more than 3 years ago, when I was preparing for the test. One part was about 'loneliness' as well. I was longing for a brighter future, which was up to my determination, sacrifice and duty. I called it 'my current job'. How smart I was then!

July 17, 2005. Also a typhoon was coming, bringing refreshing wind. My feeling then, I thought, was as good as the British writer's holiday at the French village in the movie of 'The Swimming Pool', with sunshine, laptop, swimming pool, good view, brandy, cigarette... I was very satisfied with this lifestyle- in fact, I always felt happy at that time. But now I could hardly relax and free, often getting anxious and upset by unknown reasons. Ya, 3 years passed, and I changed. We were strangers then; now we are strangers, leaving two broken hearts- or maybe only one, who knows- that's the difference.

I am clear about how severe the crisis I am facing. As long as I was not 100% concentrated, I just failed, like the TEM-8 tests resulting in failure, TWICE. Hey, I ain't living for others, so do not obsess about stupid stuffs.

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia's meteorology agency lifted a tsunami warning issued on Thursday after a strong undersea quake measuring 7.6 on the Richter scale hit the eastern Moluccas islands.

The U.S. Geological Survey put the magnitude at 6.6 and depth at 93 km (58 miles). The quake struck around 9 a.m. (8 p.m. EDT), the USGS said.

There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
